Her warmth and knowing is to her credit, clearly having spent much time learning and developing into what she now is: A lady who radiates kindness and empathy. What she has written above represents very closely my own findings on the wealth of material I too have read and absorbed over time. She truly has 'got it'. I'd like to think she's a friend for life ;) Having met and spent some quality time with Adeline, only just over the last few days, I can only say that she’s touched my heart.
