About Me
Coming from a background in education, I read for my M.A. in Linguistics at the University of London. My interest in psychology steered me towards the field of complementary therapies, which lead me to train as a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and hypno
I have successfully aided clients to overcome blocks in their personal and professional life and moved them on to achieve their goals. I work with both adults and children in the Greater London area.
Since 2004 I have been a tutor with PHTA (www.phta.co.uk) teaching hypnotherapy on their 2 years psychotherapy and hypnotherapy course. I teach both 1st and 2nd year students together with another tutor.
In 2008, I became a tutor on Central YMCA’s Lifestyle course which runs every quarter. My course module on the course is called Hypnosis for Change. The focus of the course is twofold.
Firstly it aims to teach relaxation techniques to reduce stress and to tap into the power of their own mind.
Secondly, the students learn how to use relaxation and their mind power to change their lives for the better, be it to turn negative, limiting thought patterns into empowering ones or just to be happy.
